1. Media Files and Offline Processing
Video2Audio is a media processing application that provides video to audio conversion, video cutting, audio cutting, and audio enhancement features.
Media files selected by you are processed locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload your selected video or audio files to its own servers.
The Application uses Android system file selection mechanisms to allow you to choose files. The Application only accesses files that you explicitly select or create through the Application.
Processed files may be saved to your device or temporarily stored in the Application's cache for processing and sharing purposes.
2. Information We Directly Collect
The Service Provider does not require account registration and does not operate an account system within the Application.
We do not directly collect your selected audio files, video files, converted media, or edited media on our own servers.
The Application does not directly collect your name, home address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment information.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Application uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Google AdMob and its advertising technologies may automatically collect or process certain information for advertising, ad delivery, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and related purposes.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google services, this information may include device or other identifiers, IP address, advertising information, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other information used for advertising and measurement.
The Service Provider does not control Google's independent data processing practices. Google's handling of information is governed by its own policies.

4. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising
Depending on your location, applicable law, consent choices, and advertising settings, the Application may display personalized or non-personalized advertising through Google AdMob.
Where required, consent or privacy choices may be requested before certain advertising-related data processing takes place.
Users may also manage certain advertising privacy settings through their device or Google account settings.
5. How Information Is Used
Information processed by third-party advertising services may be used for purposes including:

The Service Provider does not sell your selected audio or video files.

7. Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain an online database containing your selected or processed media files.
Temporary media files created by the Application may remain in the Application's cache until they are removed by the Application, cleared by the operating system, cleared by the user, or the Application is uninstalled.
Files that you choose to save to device storage remain on your device until you delete them.
Data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies and data retention practices.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Application and the information handled through it.
Media processing is performed locally on your device. However, no electronic system or method of data processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal data processed by third-party services.
You may manage applicable advertising and consent choices through available consent controls, your device settings, or your Google account settings.
You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Children's Privacy
The Application is not specifically designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect children's selected media files on its own servers.

11. International Data Processing
